Stephan, a former resident of the esteemed Fisher Island community, grew up among vineyards at his family’s chateau in Margaux, Bordeaux, France. An avid world traveler, he had been to more than 70 countries before moving to Miami at the age of 16. Educated in Miami, Stephan then started his real estate career there in 1995. Previously, he modeled professionally for magazines and was involved in the Emmy Award-winning “Miami Vice” television series as a stand-in actor. To maintain and strengthen relationships with clients in New York City, Monaco, Paris, London, and Los Angeles, he often flies to his clients’ city of preference in order to win their business, while they benefit from Stephan’s local expertise in the real estate market.

Born in Santa Monica, California, Carol grew up in Santiago, Chile, and moved to Miami Beach in 1998 to work as a television producer for Univision.
